Scope:

The project includes the installation of Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP), sewer lateral reinstatement with lined connection, flow bypass, maintenance of traffic, and all incidentals related thereto.  

Pre-Bid Meeting:

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at the Utility Maintenance Building at 1385 Russell Branch Parkway, Leesburg, Virginia 20175.  It is strongly recommended that all bidders attend this meeting to gain a thorough understanding of the project.
