Scope:

The Town of Leesburg is soliciting sealed bids to establish a term contract to provide sewage sludge stabilization, hauling, and disposal services of sewage sludge produced at the Town's Water Pollution Control Facility. 

Pre-Bid Meeting:

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at the Utility Maintenance Building located at 1385 Russell Branch Parkway, Leesburg, VA 20175.
