Scope:

The Town is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the recoating and replacement of isolation and control valves of the Town's Hospital Tank. 

Pre-Bid Meeting:

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 14, 2019 at the Utility Maintenance Building, 1385 Russell Branch Parkway, Leesburg, VA 20175. It is strongly recommended that all bidders attend this meeting to gain a thorough understanding of the project.
