Scope:
This project consists of constructing a waterline within Morven Park Road, NE between West Market Street and Old Waterford Road. The work also includes replacing fire hydrants, water services and meters, replacing water services and meters on a portion of Old Waterford Road east of Morven Park Road, and other related work. This waterline is the first phase of a project to upgrade Morven Park Road to include a continuous sidewalk, drainage improvements, and a more uniform roadway section.
The Town of Leesburg, Virginia (“Town”) is requesting sealed bids from qualified Bidders to provide construction services for the Morven Park Road Waterline project. The successful bidder, also referred to herein as “Contractor”, shall provide construction services, including, but not limited to waterline installation, water service installation, maintenance of traffic, pavement repair, and all related incidentals as shown on the attached plans and specifications. The Town reserves the right to perform all, part, or none of the work.
