Scope:  The project includes installation of new coatings and the repair of existing coatings in the flocculation basins at the Kenneth B. Rollins Water Treatment Plant. The work will include surface preparation and installation of an underlayment material followed by application of an epoxy coating system and repair of existing coated concrete surfaces. Coating work for existing coated surface in need of repair shall be completed following removal of the portions of the existing coating and deficient substrate which have failed.
