Scope:

Work includes removal of existing underground storage tank, associated oil interceptor and piping, installation of above ground storage tank and underground oil/water separator, alarm system, air powered diaphragm pump, airline cutoff, concrete pad, piping, soil remediation if necessary, miscellaneous site work, and all incidentals related thereto.
