Scope:

The Town of Leesburg is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide the hardware, software, and services needed for a fully operating parking access and revenue control system. 

Pre-Proposal Meeting: 

A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 27, 2017 in the Lower Level Conference Room #2 of Town Hall, located at 25 W. Market Street, Leesburg, VA 20176.
